If you have a jewelry piece that you love but needs a new stone or look, or you have a stone that needs a setting, our design consultants will guide you in creating a one of a kind piece of custom jewelry. Heirloom pieces can be restored to their original luster and design. Our bench jewelers have years of experience and training in old-world craftsmanship; as goldsmiths, they can carve that specially designed piece out of wax and have the piece caste especially for you. Gold Rush Jewelers can repair jobs as simple as a clasp on a piece of costume jewelry to designing and casting custom platinum diamond rings.
Free inspection and cleaning
To assure many years of enjoyment, your jewelry needs care and maintenance. Most rings are made up of heads, prongs, tips, channels, and bezels securing the stones. Sometimes the metal can shift or wear causing the settings to loosen resulting in lost or damaged stones. Settings should be checked at least every six months or earlier if damage is suspected. Don’t forget that neck chains and bracelets also need an inspection, they can wear out especially at the clasp.

We also provide watch battery replacements while you wait. Watch repair that includes replacement of crystals, stems, and crowns or watch movements is available.
